In Indonesian, we put modifier(s) after the noun it modifies so it is kakak (noun) perempuan (modifier).

What if you have multiple siblings 2 older brothers, an older sister, 2 younger sisters and 2 younger brothers, where in the phases you say the numbers of siblings?

There are several ways to express “I don’t have a brother or a sister.” in Indonesian. You can say “Saya tidak punya saudara kandung.” that means “I don’t have siblings.” or you can say “Saya anak satu-satunya.” that means “I’m an only child.”
